Bought here, a plan is paid by card through Stripe and renews each month or each year until you cancel it; cancel any time and access runs to the end of the period paid for. Credits do not renew. Apple’s rules, including turning renewal off at least 24 hours before the period ends, apply to a subscription bought inside the iOS app and are managed in your Apple Account settings. - What does it cost to start?
- An account is free to create and free to keep. You pay for what you run: €10 an estimate, €30 a tender report, or €199.99 a month for everything. Prices exclude VAT.
- What counts as one tender report?
- One pricing document, priced. Reruns after you correct a rate, quantity or match are free. A single report never expires; a five-pack runs twelve months.
- What is the difference between Lite and Pro?
- Lite runs steps 1 to 3 on standard rates, in minutes: is this job worth pricing? Pro is the seven-step workflow, your rates by location and every tool.
- Is there founding pricing?
- Yes. The first fifty firms get materially discounted pricing for structured feedback and a named reference. Ask through the support page.
- Do my documents leave my device?
- A bill is read in the app; lines and images go to the reading service, and nothing is kept. Saved estimates and rate libraries stay on your device.
