Terms of use

InfraBid is operated by InfraBid Ltd, a company registered in Ireland, company registration number 823047, VAT number IE 4825008FH. Using the app or the website means accepting these terms. If you are using InfraBid for a company, you are confirming you may accept them on its behalf.

Two tiers and five prices, all excluding VAT, which Stripe adds at the checkout where it is due. Lite is bought by the estimate at €10: one order-of-magnitude estimate, steps 1 to 3 of the estimating workflow on standard rates. InfraBid Pro is the full seven-step workflow and every tool, bought either as credit — €30 for one tender report, or €99.99 for five, which run for twelve months from the day they are bought — or as a plan, at €199.99 a month or €1,999.99 a year. A plan is unlimited under fair use, which is a ceiling against one account processing a competitor’s back catalogue rather than a quota. Re-running or correcting a document you have already paid for is free and is never charged twice.

An account on its own buys nothing. Creating one is free and costs nothing to keep, and the paid tools open on a plan that is running or on credit in hand. A credit is spent when the output it paid for is produced; a single estimate or report credit does not expire, and only the five-pack carries the twelve months.

Anything bought here is paid through Stripe, which takes the payment — by card or by whichever other method Stripe offers you at the checkout, which varies by country. Those details go to Stripe and we never see them. A plan renews itself, each month on the monthly plan and each year on the annual one, until you cancel it. Cancel whenever you like, through Manage billing in Settings. Cancelling stops the next payment and leaves access running to the end of the period already paid for — the month or the year, as the case may be. We do not refund the unused part of a period, and nothing in this paragraph takes away a cancellation or refund right the law gives you. Credit you have already bought is yours and is not cancelled with a plan.

Those are the terms of a sale on this website. A subscription bought inside the iOS app is Apple’s sale rather than ours and follows Apple’s rules instead: it is billed to your Apple Account, it renews automatically unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the period ends, and the renewal is charged within 24 hours of the period ending. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings: we cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you, and deleting the app does not cancel it. Nothing bought on this website appears there, and cancelling one does not touch the other.

InfraBid produces order-of-magnitude estimates, models contract risk, and gathers published tender and award information. It is a tool for professionals who already know how to price work.

Nothing InfraBid produces is professional advice, and no output should be submitted or relied on without competent commercial review. Rates come from your own history and from published data; both can be wrong, out of date, or wrong for your job. You remain responsible for every figure you submit.

Tender and award information is republished from Tenders Electronic Daily, the European Union’s open procurement record. It is not complete: Irish buyers also publish some work only to eTenders, and award values are the figure at award rather than the final account. Always check the source notice before acting.

Estimates and your programme are stored on the device you saved them on. We cannot recover them if you delete the app or lose the device.

Bills of quantities are read on your device unless you use the AI reader, in which case the document is sent to Anthropic to be read and is not stored by us. If a document may not lawfully leave your organisation, use the on-device reader: it sends nothing. The privacy policy sets this out in full.

What you buy, plan or credit, is for one business. Sharing an account across separate firms, reselling access, or automated bulk processing is not covered by it. Generous ceilings apply to document processing to prevent abuse; a normal bid team will never reach them, and if you do, we will raise them rather than sell you an upgrade.

Listings are paid advertisements supplied by the businesses themselves. We check insurance, tax clearance and, for trades that legally require one, a registration number, and we say on each listing what has and has not been checked.

A listing is not a recommendation. Satisfying yourself about any contractor you engage, including their registration and insurance, remains your responsibility.

InfraBid is provided as it is. To the fullest extent Irish law permits, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of a tender, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Cancel any time. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We may suspend an account that is being used in breach of these terms, and will say why.

We may change these terms; material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by Irish law and subject to the Irish courts.
